Z. T. Wilkins, Iii

Z. T. Wilkins, III, 63, of Hahira died Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at his home. He was born in Hahira on April 26, 1949 to the late Zachary Taylor Wilkins, Jr. and the late Mary Frances Hutton Wilkins. Mr. Wilkins lived in the Pompano Beach, Florida area for twenty five years before moving back to Hahira four years ago. He owned and operated Wilkins Golf Center in Pompano Beach and loved being outdoors. Mr. Wilkins was a member of the Hahira United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Taylorlyn Wilkins of Hahira, son and daughter in law, Taylor and Jessie Wilkins of Adel, three sisters and brothers in law, Debbie and Ronnie Pate of Hahira, Monty and Toby Smith of Bakersfield, Calif., Renee and Tim Richardson of Florence, KY.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 3pm, Thursday, August 9, 2012 at the Wilkins Home, 5170 Old US Highway 41 N., Hahira, Georgia.
