Woe Pi Ku

November 3, 1931 — May 30, 2009

Woe Pi Ku, 77, of Valdosta, died Saturday, May 30, 2009 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in South Korea on November 3, 1931 to the late Chae Pong Kim and Kwi Chom Kim. Mrs. Ku was a homemaker and a member of the Korean Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by three daughters and sons in law, Ok Cha and Victor Clinger of Rosamond, California, Ok Im and Frank Alexander of Wichita, Kansas and Ok Pun and Phillip Welch of Valdosta, three grandchildren, Christopher Clinger of Rosamond, California, Debbie Welch and Matt Welch of Valdosta. Mrs. Ku is predeceased by her husband, Cha Su Ku and her son, Kwang Ung Ku.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at four p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Se Koon Kim officiating. The family will receive friends from three until four p. m. at the funeral home. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at mclanefuneralservices.com.
