Wilton Adams, 68, of Pavo, Georgia, died Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia. He was born on November 17, 1936 in Coffee County, Georgia to the late Bruce and Mammie Solomon Adams. Mr. Adams was retired and was a United States Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Margie Adams of Pavo, two daughters and sons in law, Belinda and Chris Gilliam of Eglin AFB, FL and Jessica and Ryan Pollock of Pavo, Georgia, two sons, Mike Adams of Grayson, Georgia and Glen Adams of Pavo, Georgia, six grandchildren, Michael Adams, John Demos, Jarrett Demos, Jordan Demos, Jacob Adams and Jamie Adams, five sisters, Annie Ray of Gainesville, FL, Geraldine Jenkins of Valdosta, Tina Miller of Valdosta, Madelyn Condrey of Columbus, GA and Yvonne Porter of Valdosta. Mr. Adams is preceded in death by one son, Jack Adams and three brothers, Earl Adams, Carl Adams and Julius Williams.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 27, 2005 at eleven a. m. at the Martin McLane Funeral Home in Hahira with burial to follow in Corinth Cemetery in Brooks County. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p. m. Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at mclanefuneralservices.com.
