Wayne C. Kenney

Wayne C. Kenney, 71 of Lake Park, died on March 8, 2005 at his residence. Born on March 8, 1933 in Lincoln, OH, he was the son of the late Otis and Violet Anguish Kenney. He was the retired owner of Fixture Warehouse. Mr. Kenney was of the Christian faith.

Survivors are three sons and daughters-in-law, David and Barb Kenney of Valdosta, Robert and Glenna Kenney of Lake Park, Charles and Lisa Kenney of Flower Mountain, TX; 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; one brother, Carl Kenney of Newark, OH and a special friend, Brenda Amos of Lafayette, GA.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2005 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Dr. Phil West officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of South Georgia, 205 Woodrow Wilson Dr., Valdosta, GA 31602.
