Virginia Siska Gray King

August 12, 1952 — March 18, 2020

Virginia Siska Gray King, 67, of Sparks passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Lumberton, MS on August 12, 1952 to the late Aubrey and Nancy Hurtt. Virginia was a seamstress and most remembered at “Alterations by Virginia” on Ashley Street. She was a member of Gordon Avenue Baptist Church in Adel and was a caregiver.
She is survived by her husband, Jim King of Sparks, two sons, Craig Siska (Lana Folds) of Adel and Greg Siska of Sparks, one daughter, Cynthia Renae Siska (Melody Paris) of Sparta, TN, grandchildren, Kacey Siska (Walter Cox), Tyler Siska, Sami Siska, Toby Patterson, Justin Ryan Siska, Austin Gregory Siska, Jonathan Siska and Andrea McNamer (Kelly), great grandchildren, Kaleb, Kason, Kaniel, Laci Rose, Cameron and Bradley, two sisters, Becky Eason and Kim Powers of Atlanta.
Private graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. Reverend Danny Ray, Pastor of Gordon Avenue Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will follow. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at www.mclanecares.com.
