Vic Hall, 63, of Hahira, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Valdosta, on November 29, 1961 to the late Willie Wesley Hall and Sherry Will Eller Haire. He attended Valdosta High School then joined the U.S. Army in the early 1980’s. There he drove officers around Fort Benning (now Fort Moore.) After returning from the Army, he started working as an installer at Steve Hall Flooring, he retired from there this year after 40 years of working. He loved playing golf at Northlake Golf Club with his friends. An avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and the University of Georgia Bulldogs, he also loved watching old movies. His favorite pastime was spending time with his daughter, Jori.
Mr. Hall is survived by his daughter, Jori Hall of Hahira, brother Steve Hall of Hahira, sister Sandee (Chad) Hall Edwards, of Valdosta, half-brother Jamie Haire of Hahira; eight nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, “Papi.”
A memorial service for Mr. Hall will be held at 2pm on Thursday, December 26, 2024 in the chapel of the Martin McLane Funeral Home with Elder Lynwood Davis officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-2pm. Online condolences may be shared at www.mclanefuneralservices.com
