Undine Dickman Haddock, 84, of Valdosta, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Valdosta on July 8, 1924 to the late Otto Frederick and Reba Ozella Jacob Dickman. Mrs. Haddock was a retired supervisor from Dowling Bag Company after 42 and ½ years of service. She was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.
Mrs. Haddock is survived by her husband, Vernon Haddock of Valdosta, four sons and three daughters in law, Thomas Austin and Theresa Haddock of Rockyface, GA, Frank C. Haddock, Milton P. and Sue Haddock and William A. and Lani Haddock all of Valdosta, two daughters and sons in law, Cecelia and Richard Croft of Myrtle Beach, SC and Cheryl and Ronald Mayer of Niceville, FL, eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one sister, Carolyn Ferguson of Valdosta. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Jonita Shaw.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 6, 2009 at two p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
