Tristan Connor Rogers

Tristan Connor Rogers, infant son of Chris and Sara Rogers of Valdosta, died on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at his residence. Born on October 12, 2006, Tristan, was an angel and in his short life had a great impact on his family and all those around him. He attended the Lake Park Church of God with his family.

Survivors are his parents, Christopher William and Sara Anne O’Donnell Rogers of Valdosta; brother, Andrew Rogers of Valdosta; maternal grandparents, Angela and Bruce Seither of Valdosta and Shelly and David Hill of Florence, SC and Michael O’Donnell of Charles County, MD; great grandparents, L. C. McGee and Bonnie and Elmer Rogers of Valdosta; aunts, Michelle O’Donnell of Valdosta, Trisha O’Donnell of Nashville; uncle, Randy Scoggins, Jr. of Tampa, FL; great aunts, Debbie (Jack) Harris of Valdosta, Abby (John) Rozar of Hahira, Alicia Brantley of Nashville and Marianne Young of Anchorage, Alaska; great uncle, Raymond (Emmie) Rogers of Lake Park and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins. Tristan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Buddy Rogers.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the Lake Park Church of God with Reverend Keith Sandlin and Reverend Roger Culpepper officiating. Burial will follow at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Carson McLane Funeral Home.
