Todd Pittman, 38, of Hahira died Saturday, August 1, 2009 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on January 18, 1971 in Valdosta and was a lifelong resident of this area. Mr. Pittman was a member of Cornerstone Ministries and was actively involved the work of the church. He was a sales engineer with Alltel.
Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Green Pittman of Hahira, his mother and stepfather, Pat G. and Ken Elsberry of Quitman, father, Bobby J. Pittman of Hahira, half sister, Brooke (David) Jordan of Valdosta, stepbrother, Matt (Brandi) Elsberry of Valdosta, grandmother, Pauline Gardner of Brinson, lifelong friend and his wife, Mark and Linda Page of New Jersey, parents in law, Maxwell and Glenda Green of Naylor, sister in law and brother in law, Angela and Trey Hatcher of Hahira, brother in law and sister in law, Tony and Jennifer Green of Hahira, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Melissa Ann Pittman and grandparents, William C. Gardner, Clifford and Lucille Pittman.
Funeral services will be held at 10am, Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Cornerstone Ministries, 403 Cleveland St., Sparks, GA with Pastor Dell Young officiating. Burial will follow in McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
