Theresa Bracene Rountree

Theresa Bracene Rountree, 57, of Valdosta, passed away at her residence on Monday, March 26, 2018. Theresa was a lifetime resident of Valdosta, born on July 5, 1960, to the William L. Rountree, Jr. and the late Dorothy Geris Hughes Rountree. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking. She was of the Baptist faith.
Theresa is survived by her father, William Lester Jr., her brother Lester (Sarah) Rountree, both of Valdosta, her nieces and nephews, Wesley (Morgan) Rountree, of Springfield, GA, Justin (Tasha) Rountree, Amanda (Clay) Parker, both of Valdosta, Matthew (Emily) Knighton, of Madison, GA, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother and two infant brothers.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Dawson officiating.
