Susan Johnson Jamieson, 53, of Hahira died Thursday, January 22, 2015 at her home. She was born in Waycross, Georgia on August 8, 1961 to the late John Henry and Doris Cato Johnson and had lived in Hahira for several years. Mrs. Jamieson was a member of the Northside Baptist Church and was extremely proud to be a grandmother. She loved horses, cats, photography and fishing.
Survivors include her husband, Lee Jamieson; son and daughter in law, Travis and Kelly Jamieson; daughter, Kayla Jamieson; grandchildren; Brayden Jamieson and Blake Jamieson all of Hahira, two brothers and sisters in law; Steven and Carol Johnson of Elkton, Maryland, John and Emily Johnson of Lee Summitt, Missouri; sister and brother in law, Nerissa and George Van de Walker of Gonzales, Louisiana.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm, Sunday, January 25, 2015 in the chapel of Martin/McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Willis officiating. Burial will be held on Tuesday at 2pm at the Andersonville National Cemetery in Andersonville, Georgia. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
