Steve Stalvey, 64, of Hahira died Friday, July 8, 2016 at his home. He was born on May 9, 1952 in Miami, Florida to Ruth Spell Stalvey and the late Winston E. Stalvey. He retired from Specialty Stampings after thirty plus years of service and was a Baptist. Mr. Stalvey enjoyed fishing, racing, hunting and working in his yard.
Survivors include his wife, Ludine S. Stalvey of Hahira; two sons and daughters in law, Jamie and Melissa Stalvey of Nashville, Steven and Tonya Stalvey of Hahira; daughter and son in law, Jennifer and Roy Bramley, Jr. of Hahira; his grandchildren, Kimberly Stalvey, Katie Stalvey, Lainey Stalvey, Allison Stalvey, Clay Stalvey, Cayden Stalvey, Hayden Stalvey, Zachary Stalvey, Nicholas Bramley, Hannah Griffin, Payton Griffin, Maggie Griffin, Drew Holloway, Garrett Hollaway, Amber Griner ; his mother, Ruth Stalvey of Valdosta; three sisters and two brothers in law, Phyllis and Randy Stephens of Hahira, Donna and Phillip Connell, Beverly Gibson all of Lakeland; three brothers and sisters in law, Mike and Minnie Stalvey of Hahira, Joey and Judy Stalvey of Cecil, Eddie and Sandra Stalvey of Valdosta. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Jason Gibson.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm, Monday, July 11, 2016 in the chapel of Martin/McLane Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Friendship Cemetery in Hahira.
