Steve Bokine Hall, Jr., 71, of Valdosta, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2020. He was born in Madison, Florida on January 5, 1949 to the late Steve Bokine Hall, Sr. and Sallie Foxx Benefield. Mr. Hall was a self-employed contractor. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and football. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and the rest of his family. Mr. Hall enjoyed sitting on his porch drinking his morning coffee. Mr. Hall was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Hall is survived by his wife Ronda Lofton Hall, of Valdosta; his sons, Alan (Tracy) Hall, of Perry, FL, Steve Bokine Hall, III, of Valdosta, Brandon Kyle (Brooke Taylor) Hall of Valdosta, and Joshua Ryan Hall, of Valdosta; eleven grandchildren Andrew Hall, Alana Hall, Nick North, Ivey Hall, Dayton Hall, Jentry Hall, Brynnley Hall, Flint Hall, Drake Hall, Ella Hall, and Luke Hall; five sisters, Linda Fuller, Helen Chandler, Barbara (Larry) Roberts, Frances (James) Brooks, Sarah (Darrell) Day; two brothers Danny (Debra) Hall, Gary (Nancy) Hall; two step daughters Jennifer Carter, and Kimberly (Michael) Grosvenor; step grandchildren Jonathan Carter, John Jason Carter, Lilly Carter, Skyelar Grosvenor, Ashton Grosvenor, Brahya Grosvenor. He was preceded in death by his parents and a stepson, Jonathan Williams.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 4pm in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Jay Watkins and Mr. Jim Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow at Hall Cemetery in Morven, GA. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Carson McLane Funeral Home.
