Sharon Delores Dean Mcminn

Sharon Delores Dean McMinn, 65, of Allenhurst, GA passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2021 at her residence.  She was born on November 11, 1955 in Pavo, Thomas County, GA to Otis Lacy Dean and Lois Rebecca Touchton Dean.  Mrs. McMinn was a cashier at Walmart.  She served eleven years in the United States Army.  Mrs. McMinn was a member of the Holiness faith, enjoyed fishing and cooking. She loved her grandchildren.
Mrs. McMinn is survived by her husband of thirty four years, Mac McMinn of Allenhurst, GA, two sons and daughters in law, Bennie Becton (Elena) of Valdosta and Dustin Hunter McMinn (Bebe) of Fort Stewart, GA, her mother, Lois Dean of Pavo, grandson, Nolan McMinn, granddaughter, Bella Becton, her sisters and brothers in law, Brenda Joyce Moxley (Jim) of Moultrie, Kathy Boatwright (Robby) of Moultrie, Denise Weldon of Pavo,  and her brother and sister in law, Kenneth Dean (Karen) of McRae.  She is predeceased by her father, her granddaughter, Cadence Lani Becton and her sister, LeJeune Weldon.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 25, 2021 at four p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Reverend Greg Roberts officiating. Burial will be at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from five until seven p. m. Sunday at the Funeral Home.
