Ruth P. Devery, 96, of Valdosta died at Smith Northview Hospital on Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Born in West New York, New Jersey in June of 1915, she was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves.
Survived by a son and daughter in law, Ray and Lynn Devery of Valdosta, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond A. Devery.
