Ruth Cole

RUTH COLE, 79, of Bartow, Fla and formerly of Live Oak, Fla. died Friday, November 16, 2007 at her home. She was born on September 1, 1928 in Valentine, Virginia to the late William M. and Elizabeth Drury Seuis and had lived in North Carolina and Florida for many years of her life. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her seven children, Andrew Cole of Bartow, Fla., John Draper of Ft. Meade, Fla., Ron Draper of Bartow, Fla., Patricia Draper Seger of Bartow, Fla., Calvin Cole, Joyce Cole Williams both of Bartow, Fla. and Jerald Cole of Ft. Myers, Fla. many grandchildren and great grandchildren, three sisters, Viola Dunlow of Gaston, NC., Naomi Seuis of Henderson, NC., Annette Rock of Gasburg, VA., four brothers, Jerome Seuis, William Seuis both of Roanoke Rapids, NC., John Irvin Seuis of Gaston, NC., and James D. Seuis of Roanoke Rapids, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carmen C. Cole and a daughter, Sara Amanda Cole.

Funeral services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, November 20, 2007 in the chapel of Martin/McLane Funeral Home with her son, Rev. Ron Draper officiaiting. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
