ROY DAVID CLARK, 59, of Nashville died Monday, October 16, 2006 at his home. He was born on May 30, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Twyman and Teddy Marie Meegan Clark and had lived in Oklahoma and Texas before moving to this area one year ago. Mr. Clark was a retired independent insurance adjustor and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was of the Holiness belief, loved to play chess and do research on the internet.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtice Boykin Clark of Nashville, one son and daughter in law, Mike and Marilyn Robinson of Nashville, one daughter, Sandra Robinson of Nashville, four grandchildren, Garth Robinson, Julie Robinson, Blaine Robinson and Burgandie Loveless, two half sisters, Nita Marsh of Spain and Beth Craig of Colorado, several nieces and nephews, four special friends, Billy Welch of Norman, OK. and Max Beard of Rockwell, TX., Sandy Villegas and Wayne Majors both of Phoenix, AZ.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Friday, October 20, 2006 in the chapel of Martin/McLane Funeral Home with Mr. Hansel Paschal and Rev. Wayne Boykin officiating. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
