Ronnie Dewitt Fletcher

Ronnie Dewitt Fletcher, 61, of Valdosta died Sunday, February 28, 2010 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on September 18, 1948 in Valdosta to the late Dewitt and Betty Mitchell Fletcher and was a lifelong resident of Valdosta. Mr. Fletcher was a member of the Azalea City Church of God that he loved very much and loved life to its fullest. He loved being with his grandchildren, fishing, watching NASCAR and eating at the Waffle House and Zaxby’s.

Survivors include a son and daughter in law, Mark and Kellee Fletcher of Valdosta, a daughter, Julie Fletcher of Brunswick, four grandchildren, Savannah Fletcher, Fletcher Commander, Landon Sandlin and Emma Kate Fletcher, one sister and brother in law, Jeannie and Darrell Barwick of Valdosta, two brothers and a sister in law, Zackie and Marie Fletcher of Jasper, GA. and Don Fletcher of Atlanta and his former wife, Nancy Fletcher of Valdosta.

Funeral services will be held at 3pm, Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Pastor Brett Jarriel and Rev. Raymond Gabbard officiating.
