Ronald Leroy Wentworth

RONALD L. WENTWORTH, 65, of Valdosta died Monday, April 25, 2005 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born in Council Bluff, Iowa on May 25, 1939 to the late Donald and Alverna Hansen Wentworth and was a former resident of Albany and Brunswick and had lived in Valdosta for the past five years. Mr. Wentoworth was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and a photographer.

Survivors include his wife, Marilu Wentworth of Valdosta, son and daughter in law, Nicholas and Amanda Wentworth of Valdosta, daughter and son in law, Andrea and Bryan Shover of Valdosta, son and daughter in law, Patrick and Jennifer Wentworth of Austin, TX., daughter and son in law, Chris and Dan Golla of Arlington, TX., son and daughter in law, Michael and Oki McDaniel of Bossier City, LA., four grandchildren, Adam Sewell, Helen McDaniel, Mackenzie Shover and Madison Shover, one brother and sister in law, Robert and Kaye Wentworth of Brunswick, GA., one sister and brother in law, Barbara and Eddie Babb of Brunswick, GA., several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2005 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Willis officiating.
