Robin Elise Herrin

Robin Elise Morgan Pitts Herrin, 54, of Clyattville, originally of Cordele, GA died Thursday, July 31, 2014 after complications stemming from chronic breathing problems. She is survived by her devoted husband, Donald Herrin of Clyattville and her two children, Lacey Pitts(30) of Columbus, GA and John Morgan Pitts(21) of Valdosta. Robin is also survived by her brothers, David Morgan of Flowery Branch and Dennis Morgan of Atlanta, her sister, Becky Dorminey of Cordele, her sister in law, Jimmie Mock of Clyattville and her brothers in law, Johnny Herrin, William Herrin and Gerald Herrin, all of Valdosta. She is preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Warren Morgan and her father, Forrest Adams Morgan.

Robin will be remembered for her generous heart and easy laugh, her loyalty and friendship, her sock addiction and collection, her stubbornness and determination and her indomitable spirit. Classmates of Crisp County High School Class of '77 remember her fondly as do her co-workers from Health Master and Care South of Columbus, GA (many for her cheese biscuits.)

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, August 9, 2014 beginning at noon at 1071 Blue Springs Lane, Quitman, GA.
