Robin Austin DeLoach, 33, of Douglas, died in an automobile accident on Thursday, November 11, 2010 in Douglas. He was born on April 4, 1977 in Valdosta to Ashley DeLoach and Chris Bremer. He grew up as an avid outdoorsman and treasured time with his brothers, and father in Echols County near the Alapaha River and in the flatwoods. He graduated from Lowndes High School in 1996 and was a standout player for the Vikings football team. Robin attended VSU and Wiregrass Technical College and graduated with several degrees in the Electrical field. He became an Industrial Electrician with Advanced Technology Systems in Valdosta. He was the "go to" handy man for all of his family, friends and neighbors. His most favorite times were the ones spent with family and friends around the campfire.

father & (step) mom, Ashley & Fadwa DeLoach of Statenville; brothers & sisters in law, Danny & Becca DeLoach of Papua, New Guinea, Jamie & Brandi DeLoach of Lake Park; sister & brother in law, Lisa & Stanley Greene, Brunswick; brother & sister in law, Michael & Carolee Henderson, Valdosta; sister, Ash'Lyn DeLoach Carter, Statenville; brother & sister in law, Brack & Erin DeLoach of Statenville, grandmother, Gladys DeLoach of Statenville; grandmother, Louise Herrington of Statenville; step sister,, Jennifer Vaughan(Tommy), Huntsville, AL; step-brother, Dan Bremer, Jr. , Peachtree City; step-sister, Mandy Chan (Bryan) Las Vegas, NV, and Will Bremer of Tuscaloosa, AL; numerous nieces & nephews and cousins, and special friend, Jeff Tomlinson, Lake Park. He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Grace & P.W. Kinsey & paternal grandfather, Dan J. DeLoach.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at Wrights Chapel United Methodist Church in Echols County with the Rev. Jacque Asbel and Rev. Austin DeLoach, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Wrights Chapel cemetery. Robin's family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Monday, November 15, 2010 at the McLane Lakewood Funeral home in Lake Park.
