Roberto (Bob) Cubino, Jr., 53, of Hahira, died suddenly Tuesday, April 5, 2005 in Ocala, Florida. He was born on March 24, 1952 in Tampa, FL to Roberto Cubino, Sr. and Olga Quesada Cubino. Mr. Cubino was a truck driver for USXpress, was retired from the United States Air Force and attended the Hahira Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Hurst Cubino of Hahira, six daughters and four sons in law, Toni and Rob Wilson of Bradenton, FL, Katie Twomey and Brenda and Leslie Redding of Hahira, Becky and Jim Senn of Omaha, NE, Gail Clanton of Hahira, Vanessa and Tommy Gibbs of Hahira, his mother and step father, Olga and Lou Fantucchio of Pinellas Park, FL, one brother and sister in law, Dan and Doretta Cubino of Burlington, NC, twelve grandchildren, one great granddaughter, special friend, Bill Morgan and friends at Dollar Tree Distribution. He is predeceased by his father, Roberto Cubino, Sr., one son, Randy Cubino, parents in law, Arthur and Evelyn Hurst and grandmother, Cecelia Quesada.
Funeral services with full military honors will be held Sunday, April 10, 2005 at three p. m. in the Martin McLane Funeral Home with Reverend L. C. Harnage officiating. Cremation will follow. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to a children’s charity or to the Moultrie, GA Fire Department Station # 1. The family will receive friends from six until eight p. m.
