Robert Wade (Bubba) Binion

Robert Wade (Bubba) Binion, 58, of Valdosta died Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Langdale Hospice House after a long battle with cancer. He was born on June 30, 1958 in Tifton, GA. Mr. Binion was a groundskeeper at Hillcrest Apartments and a Methodist.
He is survived by his mother, Karen Laverne Wallace of Valdosta, sister and brother in law, Judy and Bert Simpson of Lakeland, GA, two brothers and sister in law, Steve Binion of Valdosta and David and Jennifer Wallace of Goose Creek, NC, step sister and step brother in law, Sandy and Kenny Thompson, and step brother Jimmy Wallace of Fort Wayne, IN, special longtime friend, Pam Jabon of Valdosta, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Binion is preceded in death by his father, Roy Binion, Jr., two brothers, Timothy Binion and Ricky Binion, step sister, Patricia Gayle Wallace and step father, James E. Wallace.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 9, 2017 at one p. m. in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Mr. Jimmy Spikes officiating. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Berlin, GA. The family will receive friends from five until seven p. m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
