Robert Daniel Pett

Robert Pett, 22, of Valdosta died Saturday, July 13, 2013. He was born on March 25, 1991 in Valdosta. Robert was a houseman at Holiday Inn Express and a member of Mission Point Church.

He is survived by his parents Janice McDowell and George Pett of Valdosta, three sisters, Stacie D. McDowell of Valdosta, Lauren D. Cedor (Edward) of Atlanta, Emma L. Pett of Valdosta, Paternal Grandparents, George and Patricia Pett of Valdosta, two nieces, Adriana J. Gordon of TX and Ma-Leigha McDowell of Valdosta, one nephew, Logan D. Cedor of Atlanta, aunts and uncles, Andria and Mark Terrell of Lake Park, Glenn P. Pett of Valdosta, Douglas McDowell of CA, Richard Crosby (Pansy) of Tifton, Patrick McDowell (Peggy) of NC, Patty Clanton of Hahira, Lori and Jesse Hunter of Valdosta, Julie McDowell and Robert Taylor of Hahira, cousins, Ashley Terrell, Amanda Johnson and Bryton Cobb, Mark Terrell, Alexis Brinkley, Erica Soderling, Cristy and Mick Helms, Marsha Crosby, Amanda and Leon Yates, Chuck and Christin Crosby, Jada Hodges, Rick and Valerie Crosby, several other relatives and friends. Robert is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Carolyn and Robert McDowell and his aunt, Cindy Crosby.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 at four p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Nelligan officiating.
