Robert (Bob) Drake

Robert (Bob) Drake, 78, of Valdosta died Friday, October 19, 2012 at Langdale Hospice House. He was born on December 8, 1933 in Hardburly, Kentucky to the late Frank and Elizabeth Keith Drake and had lived in Valdosta for many years. Mr. Drake was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Aretha May O'Steen Drake of Valdosta, two stepsons, Pete Nicholls of Warner Robins, GA, Tyrone O'Steen of Valdosta, stepdaughter, Pamela Pittman of Marianna, FL, four sisters, Cordie Caudill, Becky Cox, Gladys May, Nancy Mayer and three brothers, Earl Drake, Herbert Drake and Franklin Drake.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 6-8pm at the Carson McLane Funeral Home. Funeral services and burial will be held at a later date in Beattyville, Kentucky.
