Robert Alan Plumb, Sr.

Robert Alan Plumb, Sr., 81, of Valdosta and formerly of The Villages, FL passed away Monday, February 13, 2017 at Langdale Hospice House. He was born on September 27, 1935 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to the late William Edward and Dorothy Lucia Plumb. Owner of Third Wave Solutions, Mr. Plumb served in the United States Air Force, was a member of The Villages Presbyterian Church and a member of Theta Chi of the University of Florida. He loved to play golf, shoot skeet and pheasants.
He is survived by his wife, Marie M. Plumb of The Villages, FL, two sons and daughters in law, Robert A., Jr. and Catherine Plumb of Valdosta, Neal E. and Gisela Plumb of Charlottesville, VA, two grandchildren, Kathryn E. Plumb and Jaume E. Plumb 'Planas' and one brother, Glenn E. Plumb of Orlando, FL. Mr. Plumb is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Russell Andrew Plumb, his first wife, Kathryn N. Plumb and one brother, William Plumb.
