Phyllis Louise Temple

Phyllis Louise Temple, 56, of Lake Park died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at her residence. She was born on November 1, 1957 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Gilbert Ronald Macomber and Cora Lee Geohagen Macomber.

Mrs. Temple is survived by her husband, Andy Temple of Lake Park, five children, Sabrina Holton (Richard) of Lake Park, Rose Roberts (Jim) of Morven, Trudy Smith of Newark, OH, Bobby Smith, Jr. of Columbus, OH and Christopher Temple (Tiffany) of Jacksonville, FL, eight grandchildren, Amber Fiorentino, Karissa Holton, Nikki Smith, Rebecka Smith, Jessi Smith, Aaron Hatfield, Lilyann Roberts and Candace Marie Roberts, two sisters, Christine Dixon and Patricia Waters (Jack), two brothers, William Macomber (Gail) and Gilbert Macomber, Jr. (Barbara) all of Jacksonville, FL
