Penny Scroggins Hagin

Penny Scroggins Hagin, 83, of Lake Park died Saturday, April 23, 2011 at the Lakehaven Nursing Home. She was born on January 10, 1928 in St. Petersburg, Florida to the late Jefferson Davis and Johnnie Mae Adams Scroggins and had lived in this area most of her life. Mrs. Hagin was a former member of the Azalea City Church of God and currently a member of the Harvest Church of God. She loved working in her flower garden.

Survivors include her daughter, Joann Rogers Mathis of Lake Park, her son, John Richard Rogers of Lake Park, four grandchildren, Connie Sue Sublett, Julian Patrick Mathis, Billy Jo Mathis and Jamie Rogers, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, her brother, Jefferson Davis Scroggins.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the Carson McLane Funeral Home with burial to follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
