Penny Hall Nowell

Penny Hall Nowell, 57, of Lake Park, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025. Born on April 17, 1967, to Doris McLean Hall and the late Terry C. Hall. As a licensed cosmetologist for over 40 years, Penny was known and loved by everyone. She was a very artistic person, and animal lover, her basset hound Josey will miss her. She loved her family and was married to her husband Gary Nowell for 29 years.

Penny is survived by her husband Gary Nowell, of Lake Park, her stepchildren, Jared Nowell (Courtlain), Derek Nowell (Nikki), and Christine Englemann (Cody); her grandchildren, Drake Nowell, Delaney Nowell, Darla Shae Nowell, Bennett Englemann, Emily Rose Englemann, and Ava Tate; her mother Doris Hall; her brother Andy Clyde Hall, sister Lydia Kate Hall (Robert), brother Adam Lane Hall (Tina), and sister Shelby (Andrea) Warren and children. Penny was preceded in death by her father, Terry C. Hall, grandson Logun Tate Nowell, and her sister Tracy Wellman (Michael).

A funeral service for Penny will be held at 2pm on Thursday, January 30, 2025 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Stokes officiating. Burial will follow in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-2 P.M.
