Pendleton Alexander Little, 97, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Fellowship Home Brookside. A lifelong resident of Valdosta, he was born on June 30, 1927, to the late Albert Johnson Little and Elizabeth (Bessie) Parramore Pendleton Little. He served stateside during World War II with the U.S. Army. Mr. Little stayed in Valdosta to work at A. S. Pendleton Company until it closed, then worked for Orkin Pest Control until his retirement. He loved the Lord and was a deacon at Central Avenue Church of Christ. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing with lifelong friends and his brother. He also enjoyed cheering on his beloved Valdosta Wildcats and Atlanta Braves.

Mr. Little is survived by his wife Paula Lawson Little of Valdosta, daughter Penny Little Rogers (Jeff) of Tucker, GA, grandchildren, Janie Elizabeth Rogers, and Lawson Alexander Rogers both of Tucker, GA, niece, Susan Elizabeth Brock (Bill) of Hendersonville, TN, and nephew Albert P. Little Jr (Mary), of Fleming Island, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Albert Pendleton Little, sister-in-law Jane Watson Little, and nephew Edward Little.

Visitation will be held at 2:30pm at Carson McLane Funeral Home with a 3:30pm procession to Dasher Cemetery for a 4:00pm graveside service. John Klimko will officiate. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Central Avenue Church of Christ of Valdosta at www.cacoc.com.
