Patricia (Pat) Carpenter

Patricia (Pat) Carpenter, 62, of Valdosta, died Thursday, November 1, 2018 at her residence. She was born on August 4, 1956 in Valdosta to Wallace DeWitt Dennis, Sr. and Christine Harris Dennis. Pat was a retired social worker for the Department of Family and Children Services and of the Church of God faith. She loved her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pat is survived by her husband of forty four years, Kim Carpenter, two sons and daughters in law, Bo Carpenter (Stella) and Alex Carpenter (Priscilla), two grandchildren, Lanie Carpenter and A J Carpenter, mother, Christine Harris Dennis, two sisters, Pam Silver and Paula Browning (Jim), brother, Billy Dennis (Denise), sisters in law, Carol Pendleton and Dolores Bair,nieces and nephews, Erika Reister (Emil), Bryan Walker (Amie), Laura Garrett (Bill), DeDe Dennis, Amy Lott (Ting), Pamela Taylor (Travis), several great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, brother, Wally Dennis and brother in law, David Carpenter.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
