NORINNE RING MUELLER, 94, of Valdosta died Sunday, December 11, 2005 at her home. She was born on April 12, 1911 in Olathe, Kansas to the late William James and Matilda Lynch Chesney and had lived in Denver, Colorado before moving to Valdosta in 1999. Mrs. Mueller was a retired lunchroom manager with the Jefferson County School Board and a member of the Highland Methodist Church in Denver, Colorado. Mrs. Mueller attended the Messiah Lutheran Church in Valdosta.
Survivors include a son and daughter in law, Raymond and Susan Ring of Valdosta, her brother and sister in law, Dale Bruton and Billie Chesney of Kingsport, TN., granddaughter, Lori Ann DiPolo of Melbourne, Fla., sister in law, Georgia Chesney of Nashville, TN., five stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Semands of Grand Junction, CO., Mary Frances Taylor of Broomfield, CO., James McClurg of Grand Junction, CO., Luke Eldridge Closson, III of Hahira and Mark Closson of Charleston, SC. and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Ring and Clifford Fritchle, a son, Kenneth Ring and a brother, William Chesney.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Thursday, December 15, 2005 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Pieplow officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at Crown Hill Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1pm until service time and following the service.
