Natalie Estelle Berman Dinnerman Lipson, 94, of Valdosta, died on Friday, November 1, 2024, at the Canopy following a period of declining health. She was born on September 20, 1930, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to the late Max P. and Bertha Gordon Berman. She was a homemaker and the wife of the late Irving Dinnerman who was the owner/operator of C&D Sportswear Mfg. in Adel. She, along with her late husband, established the Irving and Natalie Dinnerman Charitable Scholarship trust. Mrs. Lipson was a member of Temple Israel in Valdosta and a past member of Temple Israel in Daytona Beach, Florida. She had also been a member of D.B. Chapter of Hasassah, and a member of the Jewish Federation of Volusia and Flagler counties. She was a great lover of the arts and Mahjongg.
Mrs. Lipson in survived by her children and their spouses, Bonnie and Roy Sobelson of Atlanta, Debbie Broomberg of Valdosta, Michael and JaneMarie Dinnerman of Adel, and Tammie and Mike Hebert of Lithia, Florida; her grandchildren and their spouses, Page and Ben Tarleton, Ben and Dwan Broomberg, Jared and Robyn Sobelson, Bari and Thom Hallman, Jason and Jennifer Griffin, Matt and Hannah Hebert, and Zack and Caitlyn Hebert; her great-grandchildren, Hunter Broomberg, Reed Broomberg, Jack Broomberg, Jake and Brooks Tarleton, Braxton and Levi Snipes, Hannah Sobelson, and Nikki and Andrew Griffin; her step-daughter, Sandi Shumsky; a sister, Joyce Ritch, and a brother, Marshall Berman; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members. In addition to her parents and her first husband, she was preceded by her second husband, Maurice Lipson; her step-daughter, Barbara Berman.
A graveside service for Natalie Lipson will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2024, at the Sunset Hill Cemetery with Rabbi Moshe Elbaz officiating. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com. Carson McLane
