Natalie Alberta Williams

Natalie Alberta Williams, 82, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013, in Tallahassee, Florida.

She was born April 9, 1931 in Natick, Massachusetts. She married William E. Williams and moved to Adel, Georgia where she worked at the American Legion until she retired. She enjoyed golfing, visiting with her son Joseph in California, spending time with friends and loved ones and going to the beach. She loved animals, especially her Stella. She moved to Tallahassee in 2005 where she spent time with her family.

She is predeceased by her husband, William E. Williams; sister, Helen Stewart; and daughters, Georgia Purvis and Helen Warren.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her son, Bruce Middleton of Dothan, Alabama; son, Gary Middleton and wife Kathy of Tallahassee, Florida; daughter, Roberta Lynn Lewis of Valdosta; son, Joseph Middleton and Claudio Reis of Los Angeles, California; twelve grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Williams will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013, at the Chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home, Valdosta, Georgia. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Adel, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the funeral.
