Nancy C. Shealy

Nancy C. Shealy, 63, of Valdosta died Thursday, December 1, 2011 at her home. She was born in Warren, Arkansas on January 26, 1948 to Olive Trimble Snow and the late John Ray Snow. Mrs. Shealy was a member of Morningside Baptist Church where she served as a financial assistant. She enjoyed working in her yard, spending time with her grandchildren and pets, reading and playing video games.

Survivors include her son and his fiancé, Bryan Shealy and Elizabeth Sheets, her daughter and son in law, Billie and Chris Jones all of Valdosta, her grandchildren, Gregory, Dillon, Todd, Charlene, Anthony, Nancy, Michael and J. J., great grandchild, Aiden Thomas, her mother, Olive June Sowell of Medford, OR., her sister and brother in law, Phyllis and Jerry Wetherington of Cove City, NC., three brothers and a sister in law, John and Pam Snow of Medford, OR., Clarence Snow of North Carolina and Rusty Snow of Medford, OR., numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Lynn Shealy, a daughter, Bobbi Jo Landeros, her father, John Ray Snow and a sister, Debra Snow.

Funeral services will be held at 3pm, Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Morningside Baptist Church with Pastor Wayne Robertson officiating. Entombment will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
