Nadine B. Fesler

Nadine B. Fesler, 89, of Valdosta died Sunday, September 3, 2017 at home. She was born in Quitman, Georgia on March 2, 1928 to the late John Russell and Nettie Lucy Warren Barker and had lived in Valdosta for many years. Mrs. Fesler was a charter member of Crossroads Baptist Church. She loved gardening, reading, cooking and fishing and taking care of her animals.
Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Sandra and Gene Seago; two sons and a daughter in law, Charles Richard Fesler, Carl Steven and Kellie Fesler all of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Caroline and Jim Eddings, Brent Fesler, Kaylee Fesler, Tillman Fesler; her great grandchildren, Harper Rose Eddings, James Christian Eddings; two sisters, Frances Reaves and Betty Davis both of Quitman; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Fesler, Jr., a daughter, Carlene Fesler Kellerman, a granddaughter, Shanna Fesler and two sisters, Josephine Williams and Mary Ann Barker.
Graveside services will be held at 10am, Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Quitman with Dr. Ken Alford officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
