Maxine Parker Hill

Maxine Parker Hill of Hahira, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Presbyterian Home of Quitman. She was born on April 16, 1948 in Hahira to the late Ewart Frank Parker and Vera Mae Kirkland Parker. Mrs. Hill was a homemaker who was also an avid reader, gardener, and loved birds.
Mrs. Hill is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney and Helen Brooker, of Flower Mound, TX, and Russell and Jennifer Brooker of Boca Raton, FL; her grandchildren, Russ Brooker, Jacob Brooker, Lauren Brooker, and Jay Brooker; nieces, Myra Exum, Melinda Williams, Missy Brooks, and Rhonda Stalvey; and several other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank Hill, brother Dennis Parker, sister and brother-in-law Brenda Stalvey and Johnny Stalvey, and niece Robbie Stalvey Crosby.
A celebration of life will be held from 11-1pm on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at the Fellowship Hall of the Friendship Primitive Baptist Church in Hahira. A private inurnment will be held separately.
