MARY HELEN GOFF, 67, of Hahira died Thursday, February 24, 2005 at South Georgia Medical Center after a short illness. She was born on April 11, 1937 in Hamilton County, Florida to the late Lewis Daniel and Zenia Spires Eunice and had lived in Hahira for many years. Mrs. Goff was a cashier at Mickey’s Grocery and the BP Station.
Survivors include four sons, Dale Wayne Shurtleff of Sugar Tree, TN., Danny Earl Shurtleff of Richmond, Maine, Donald Perry Shurtleff of Valdosta and William Brice Goff of Hahira, one daughter, Sonya Joy Weldon of Hahira, 9-grandchildren, 4-great grandchildren, one brother, Lewis Daniel Eunice, Jr. of Nashville and one sister, Sylvia Jones of Pamplin, VA., several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Goff.
