Mary Alice Deloach Lutz

Mary Alice DeLoach Lutz, 72, of Valdosta died Monday, June 9, 2014 at Community Hospice at St. Vincent's Riverside in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born on January 20, 1942 in Valdosta to the late Hugh Virgil and Mary Lou Fiveash DeLoach. Ms. Lutz was a loving and devoted daughter, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a strong woman who cared for many family members until her health declined. Ms. Lutz loved the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior.

Survivors include a daughter, Gena Johnson of Jacksonville, FL, three grandchildren, Ashlie Simmons, Amie Johnson, Jack E. Johnson, III, four great grandchildren, Kristien, Aiden, Callie and Ava, two brothers and a sister in law, Hugh and Dianne DeLoach of Americus and Tommy DeLoach of Valdosta.

Funeral services will be held at 10am, Thursday, June 12, 2014 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Hugh DeLoach officiating. Burial will follow in McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens.
