Marie Terese White

Marie "Terese" White, 54, of Adel died on Saturday, July 18, 2015 following a lengthy illness. She was born in Valdosta on October 15, 1960 and has been a resident of this area for most of her life. She worked in the auto financing industry for many years until illness forced her to quit. Mrs. White was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Rick White; her children, Christopher Drake, Kristine White and Kevin White; her mother, Betty Hewett all of Adel; her sister and brother-in-law, Anita and Kenny Schaeffer of Ocala, Florida; five nephews, Brad Stanforth, Jake Stanforth, Nicholas Stanforth, Dylan Stanforth and Peyton Schaeffer; one niece, Briana Peebles. She was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Allen Drake-Hewett and her father, Allen Hewett.

The family for Terese White will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2015 at the Carson McLane Funeral Home. Mrs. White will be cremated according to her wishes.
