Marian Wisenbaker Williams

MARIAN WISENBAKER WILLIAMS, 87, of Dasher died Friday, February 16, 2007 at her home. She was born in Dasher on May 19, 1919 to the late Cleo Ivy, Sr. and Pearl Black Wisenbaker and after the death of her mother she was raised by her stepmother, Wilma King Wisenbaker. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Dasher Church of Christ and associated with Georgia Christian Childrens Home for many years.

Survivors include four sons and three daughters in law, Jack C. Williams, Jr. of Dasher and Patsy Williams of Brooks County, Ron and Brenda Williams of Lake Park, Conrad and Jan Williams of Dasher and Tad Williams of Lake Park, seven grandchildren, Jack C. Williams, III, Ivey Williams, Jeff Williams, Lindsey Williams, Emily Williams, Chase Williams and Corrie Williams, several great grandchildren, special niece and caregiver, Lisa Starling, one brother and sister in law, Cleo (Hood) and Faye Wisenbaker of Dasher, brother in law, Pete Williams of Valdosta, sister in law, Marie Mullis of Valdosta. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack C. Williams, Sr. and grandchildren, Gant Williams and Ashley Williams.

Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Monday, February 19, 2007 at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Evans McMullen, Mr. Marvin Greene and Mr. David Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Dasher Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4-6pm at the Lakewood Funeral Home in Lake Park.
