Margaret Miley

MARGARET MILEY, 83, of Lake Park, passed away Monday, February 23, 2009, at her home. She was born May 11, 1925 in Petersburg, IN, a daughter of the late Charles and Josie Marsee O'Neill. Mrs. Miley had lived in the Lake Park area for over twenty years, was a member of Antioch Church, and had been employed as a Night Auditor at Shoney's, Lake Park, and at Wild Adventures Theme Park as a Ticket Taker. She always enjoyed travelling to Indiana.

She is survived by a niece, Ellen "Jane" Geary of Lake Park; a sister-in-law, Eunice O'Neill of Petersburg, IN; four nephews; a great-nephew, Bruce Roberson of Lake Park; and her baby, Pixie her dog. She was predeceased by her husband Gene Miley.

Funeral Services will be held at 7 pm, Thursday, February 26, 2009 in the chapel of the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home with Rev. Mickey Corbett officiating. Private burial will take place at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Petersburg, IN. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the services from 5 to 7 pm Thursday.
