Lounelle Nichols King

LouNelle Nichols King, 83, of Cecil died Thursday, April 22, 2010 at her home. She was born in Hahira on January 31, 1927 to the late Charles C. and Betty Lou Webb Nichols and was a lifelong resident of this area. Mrs. King was a member of the Cecil Baptist Church and enjoyed working in the garden and pecan orchard.

Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Alton and Esther King of Hahira, grandchildren, Jay Bair of Hahira, Charles Bair of Massillon, Ohio, Kathy VanRensselaer of Atlanta and Valerie Kinnick of Ft. Valley, GA., 9-great grandchildren, 7-great great grandchildren, one sister, Betty Jean Herring of Barney, one brother and sister in law, June and Kathy Nichols of Cecil, sister in law, Janelle Nichols of Hahira and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie A. King, Sr.

Graveside services will be held at 11am, Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the Fellowship Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Bussey officiating.
