Louise Royal

Louise Royal of Valdosta died Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Langdale Hospice House. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Frank and Anne Marie Desposito Yaccarino. Mrs. Royal was a homemaker and a Roman Catholic. She has lived in Valdosta for the past twenty years and is formerly of Cordele, GA.

Mrs. Royal is survived by one son and two daughters: John Pate Royal of Pensacola, FL; Jacquelyn Anne Royal of Saratoga Springs, NY; Jeanne Royal Severns (Joe) of Valdosta, GA; and three grandchildren: John Thomas Szot and Robert Francis Szot of Brooklyn, NY, and Simon James Moody of Brunswick. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jackson Royal, Jr. and a sister, Nancy Yaccarino.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 11:00 a. m. at Carson McLane Funeral Home with Father Dan O'Connell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, GA at 3:00 p. m. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10:00 a. m. until service time at the funeral home.
