Linda Gayle Dennis

Linda Gayle Dennis, 64, of Lake Park died Friday, December 21, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on March 8, 1948 to the late Thomas Julian Sutton and her surviving mother, Evelyn Elizabeth Kiser Sutton. Mrs. Dennis was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Gayle Malone of Lake Park, her son and daughter in law, Charles Franklin Dennis, Jr. and Connie Dennis of Greenup, KY, five grandchildren, Brent Alan Porter (Nikki), Pamela Gayle Reed (Eric), Tabitha Christy Porter, William Shane Manning and Marc Anthonie Dennis, two great grandchildren, Zoe Lynn Porter and Cody Reason Porter, her mother, Evelyn Elizabeth Sutton of Clyattville, three brothers and two sisters in law, David Julian and Martha Sutton of Athens, Michael Phillip and Patricia Sutton of Valdosta and Douglas Sutton of Interlachen, FL and her sister and brother in law, Charlene and Paul Griffin of Melbourne, FL. Mrs. Dennis is preceded in death by her father, her husband, Charles Franklin Dennis, Sr. and her daughter, Teresa Ann Dennis.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 24, 2012 at ten a. m. at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home in Lake Park with Reverend Cynthia Mosley officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Madison County, FL. The family will receive friends from four until six p. m. Sunday at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home in Lake Park.
