Liam Alexander Nees

Liam Alexander Nees, infant son of Bryan Nees and Sara Lankford, died on Friday, December 5, 2014. In addition to his parents, Liam is survived by an uncle and aunt, Noah and Shelby Lankford of Valdosta; a step-great-grandmother, Debbie Lankford of Broxton, Georgia; a great-aunt, Dorothy McKinnon of Broxton, Georgia; grandparents, Brenda and William B. Nees, Sr. of Valdosta; uncle and aunt, William B. Jr., and Heidi Nees of Pensacola, Florida; an aunt, Hope Candieas of Charleston, South Carolina; a great-grandmother, Martha Sellers of Meridian, Mississippi; numerous cousins. Liam was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gwen and Ronald Lankford; great-grandparents, Sara Lofty, J.D. Lankford, Vernice Sellers, Rosetta Pickett, and Ludwick Nees; great-great-grandparents, Myrtice Williams and Ed Williams; a great-uncle, Glen Wade McCullar.

A graveside service for Liam Alexander Nees will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens.
