Larry Daniels

Marion Larry Daniels, 73, of Hahira died Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Langdale Hospice House. He was born on September 27, 1942 in Monticello, Florida to the late L.S. and Mamie Lou Kinsey Daniels and had lived in Lowndes County most of his life. Mr. Daniels was a Baptist and veteran of the United States Army. He was retired as a mechanic from Georgia Power Company. Mr. Daniels enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and construction work. He was a jokester and will be missed by many loved ones and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria Davis Daniels of Hahira; four sons and three daughters in law, Jason and Jane Daniels of Valdosta, Mike Daniels of Naylor, Chad and Sharon Harrell of Dasher, Gregg and Tanya Harrell of St. Mary's, GA; his grandchildren; Jacob Daniels, Jenna Daniels, Ellie Grace Daniels, Jackson Daniels, Bud Daniels, Charleigh Daniels, Hannah Harrell, Dyllan Harrell, Taylor Harrell, Logan Harrell and Dalton Harrell; his companion cat, Abby; two brothers and sister in law, Ronnie and Jeaneane Daniels of Forsyth, Bruce Daniels of Warner Robins; his sister, Debbie and George Larko of Stockbridge. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Sydney Daniels and Billy Daniels.
Funeral services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Willis officiating. Burial will follow in McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens.
