Larry Phillip Bradford, 73, of Nashville, GA, passed away on February 18, 2025, in Surprise, AZ. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Larry was a sign painter by trade and also worked as a draftsman . He had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and enjoyed classic cars. His greatest joy in life was his family, particularly his grandchildren, who brought him endless pride and happiness.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Bradford, in 2000; his parents, Benjamin Owen Bradford and Vera Belle (Mathis) Bradford; and his older brothers. Larry is survived by his loving children and their spouses, as well as his cherished grandchildren: Rebecca and Terry Williams of Surprise, Arizona; Teresa, Dominic, and Ariella; Benjamin Bradford of Griffin, Georgia; Aiden and Axel; Shelley and Chip Thompson of Valdosta, Georgia; and Thomas and Lizzy. He also leaves behind his dear sister, Lucy Dukes of Houston, Texas. Larry’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Services for Larry Philip Bradford will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. The burial will follow in the Young family cemetery in Rebecca, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
