Kenneth (Kenny) Jones

Kenneth (Kenny) Jones, 75, of Valdosta passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020 at his residence. He was born on May 1, 1945 in St. Joseph, Michigan. His parents were the late Elmer Meadows Jones, Mattie Lucille Chaney Jones and Helen Florence Jones. Kenny worked at SAFT and was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Clara Jones of Valdosta, Son, David Jones (Jaime), Baden David Jones, grandson, Tyler LaPlante, all of Valdosta, son, Brian Jones (Kristen) and grandchildren, Anderson and Emily Jones, all of Louisville, OH, brothers, Richard Cowart and Troy Cowart, sister, Hazel, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Jones is predeceased by his parents and two sisters, Elizabeth Herndon and Christine Mead.
Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, December 3, 2020 at ten a. m. at Sunset Hill Cemetery. Burial will follow. The family will receive friends from three until five p. m.
