Justin Gabriel "Gabe" Coats

Justin Gabriel “Gabe” Coats, age 51, of Valdosta, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025, at his home in Valdosta, GA. He was born on February 15, 1974, in Tifton, Ga and raised in Valdosta by his mother, Kaye Coats and his late father, Ray Coats. Gabe was known for his love of golf, good food, good times and cooking. He was a great friend to many and a very proud and devoted father. He also loved his four-legged sidekick, “Jax”.

He is survived by Mama, Kaye Coats, his children Austin Coats, Kaylon Coats, Christopher Coats and Waylon Coats, and his brother Zane Coats.

The funeral for Gabe will be held at 4 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2025, in the Chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home. Keith Howze and Stoney Gaskins will officiate the service.
